MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ReinCloud Corporation, a technology company specializing in mobile social cloud products and solutions located in Mountain View, California, today announced the appointment of Fred Cox to its board of advisors.
Cox was an early partner and key patent holder at Postini, which sold to Google for over $600 million in 2007. Cox is expected to provide key guidance related to technology, business, and team development.
"Fred has a wealth of recent, successful experience bringing a technology shop from product inception and early-stage investment through patent protection, product industrialization and investor return and exit on a large scale," according to ReinCloud's CEO, Dan Reitan. "There is a lot of overlap between where he has been, and where ReinCloud is headed."
Vladimir Rubashevsky, ReinCloud's CIO and former associate of Cox at Postini, added: "Fred is the most wildly-successful, hands-on technology start-up founder I have ever worked with. I am happy to be working with him again."
