Spare Backup Inc. Officially Launches Mobile Solution through Lifestyle Services Group (LSG)

PALM DESERT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spare Backup, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPBU), today launched a white label Spare Mobile security and online data backup solution through its partnership with Lifestyle Services Group (LSG). The service was released today and is the first step of its long term relationship with LSG. Both Spare Backup and LSG expect to launch with additional partners in the UK throughout the rest of the year.


“JUMP” or “Just Update My Phone” is offered exclusively to Phones 4U customers as a component of Lifestyle Services Group’s mobile phone insurance and assistance plan. Spare Mobile® is bundled in with this offering and is a vital part of the JUMP Program.

JUMP provides users with the ability to upgrade or change handset equipment before an existing mobile agreement expires. The backup and security features offered through Spare Mobile allows Lifestyle Services Group’s customers to securely back up data and transfer contacts, music, pictures and video from one handset to another.

Under the terms of the agreement, Spare Backup is anticipating a minimum base of 100,000 active paying customers from this channel over the upcoming months.
